SHIPPING POLICY
We provide shipping to most locations within India.
Typically, in-stock products are dispatched within one business day of order placement. Delivery typically occurs within 2 to 5 business days from the dispatch date for Domestic and 7 to 14 business days for International
When possible, we will send an email with a tracking link for your order. Shipping times are not guaranteed due to external factors, and shipping and COD fees are non-refundable. For international orders, customs duties may be levied at the time of delivery in certain countries.
EXCHANGES
You can exchange your purchase by shipping the product back to us. To help us improve, we’d appreciate your feedback and the reason for the exchange.
A product is eligible for an exchange or refund only if the customer informs us within 7 days of receiving the product. Please ensure the product is returned in unused condition, in its original packaging, with all original tags intact.
REFUNDS
Your purchase is eligible for a cash refund to your bank account ONLY if it meets the following conditions:
1. An incorrect product was delivered to you as per the confirmation email.
2. The product you received has a genuine manufacturing or quality defect, as verified by our team.
If your product meets these conditions, please email us at contact@racquetnation.in with comprehensive details and images of the defect or issue. All refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
1. The product must be unused and in its original packaging, with all tags intact
2. Sale items CANNOT be returned, refunded, or exchanged
3. Customized or personalized items are NOT eligible for returns or refunds
RETURN SHIPPING & ADDRESS
To simplify the process, Racquet Nation will assist in managing the return shipping for the customer. In cases where the return is due to a defect or incorrect delivery, we will cover the cost of return shipping. For other return reasons, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
